JOB SUMMARY Provides administrative support for financial management and reporting for the BSW Foundations. The Foundation Officer - Finance supports Foundation Finance in accounts payable, supply chain, financial and fund reporting, philanthropic fund set up and use, and communication with fund users. The Foundation Officer is experienced with manipulating data in Excel and other MS office products. The ability to complete routine tasks with attention to detail is a must. This will also include preparing forms and reports required to assist with foundation fund management. Tasks also include assisting with accounts payable (internal and external), working with supply chain to follow requests, preparing for service line meetings, assisting with various foundation finance projects, and supporting fund distributions to the BSW system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Completes Fund Administration. Includes submitting requests to add, delete, and modify funds in the accounting software.
Maintains accounts payable authorization matrix to ensure only authorized users have access to approve payments.
Assists with other accounts payable process communication and issues.
Assists with report preparation for budgeting and financial planning.
Prepares Monthly Foundation Fund Reports.
Supports fund administration to facilitate fund expenditures.
