BASIC FUNCTION: The Director of Finance is a key leader within the Association for Advancing Automation (A3), responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. This position is critical to ensuring the financial health of the organization and plays a central role in guiding A3's financial strategy and operational improvements. The Director of Finance will work closely with the A3 Leadership Team, Staff and Board of Directors to establish financial goals, ensure profitability, and drive organizational success through sound financial management.
