DescriptionThe Financial Analysis Supervisor 2 is responsible for supervising both the Anesthesiology Business Office and the Clinical Financial Team. This role includes managing people who oversee financial reports, ensuring financial control through transaction reviews, and utilizing accounting analysis, forecasting, long-range strategic planning, and budget preparation. You will develop administrative structures and business office systems, ensure adherence to university policies, procedures, standards, and regulations, and monitor budget variances. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to develop long-range goals, action plans, and budgets.
