General Description: The primary duty of the Finance Manager is to assist the Director of Finance in managing all aspects of the finance operations for the Armour College of Engineering, to include all budget, payroll, graduate income tuition vouchers (ITVs) accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledgers.
