Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all financial reporting to Dean. Plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems to devise ways to streamline office operations.Assist the Dean with academic budget and personnel issues.Serve as member of College Leadership Team helping to ensure the college's activities are supporting the university's strategic initiatives and mission.Supervise Dean's office staff.Provide budget forecast for College.Oversee, documents, monitors departmental hires for the academic unit.Oversees, in support of the Dean, annual budget preparation for Provost submission.Analyzes spending patterns.Oversees building renovations.
