Position Summary:  Rutgers is seeking a Finance Supervisor for the Institute for Nicotine and Tobacco Studies, located in New Brunswick, NJ.  The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, budget preparation, and institute reporting. Trains and supervises the business office staff.Duties include:Oversees the grant budget component for proposals, working with the faculty and budget analysts to develop the budget and working with the INTS Office of Research and Research Sponsored Programs (RSP) to meet requirements and submission deadlinesApproves Research Administration and Proposal Submission Department Review after PI submits proposal
