We're currently representing an Asian Corporate Bank in Hong Kong looking to add to their Corporate Finance business to cover North Asia and Philippines lending transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead origination and structuring activities for transactions within North Asia and Philippines including but not limited to Corporate Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, Project Finance, etc.
• Maintain and develop both new and existing relationships with corporates and financial institutions across North Asia and the Philippines
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on execution of mandates
• Identify opportunities within the corporate finance space from corporate and institutional clients

Requirements:

• Strong banking experience from related spaces including but not limited to Structured Finance, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, etc.
• Solid education background attained from reputable institutions
• Familiarity with North Asia market landscape
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
