Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations, as well as, the financial provisions on RIAC’s Master Indenture of Trust and Supplemental Indentures. Practices sound fiscal management to ensure operational efficiency and maintain a competitive cost structure. Balance the cash flow needs of RIAC to achieve healthy returns on investment while maintaining financial flexibility and conservative stewardship of corporate assets. Supports the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to meet current and future infrastructure and operational needs through the strategic use of RIAC’s financial resources.
