Job Summary/Basic Function: The Career Pathway Advisor assumes the role of a specialized career advisor, taking the lead in guiding and supporting students with aspirations in industries related to business and finance. This position is responsible for overseeing one career community and supporting a portion of the career explorer career community. Their responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive career coaching, conducting skills development workshops, organizing industry exploration programs, collaborating with faculty and administrative partners, establishing alumni networks, and curating resources to enhance students' career readiness.
