The Operational and Financial Services Specialist is responsible for processing and servicing a variety of operational and financial transactions and services. This includes tasks such as accounts payable, purchasing, recharge billing, travel/entertainment coordination, data collection, data entry, analysis, review, control, customer servicing, and reporting. The role involves utilizing professional financial concepts, applying policy knowledge, and organizational processes to resolve routine issues, customer inquiries, and problems with a medium level of complexity. The specialist works on assignments that are typically routine, requiring sound judgment and limited decision-making.The hou
