Villa Duchesne is seeking an energetic, innovative and entrepreneurial financial leader for the position of Director of Finance reporting to the Head of School.  This position would manage all aspects of finance (accounting, budgeting, long term planning and investment management).  The Director of Finance will join a dynamic leadership group and is the administrative liaison to the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees and attends Board meetings when required.  This position does require a conferred bachelor degree, higher degree or CPA preferred; Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in an educational institution or non-profit organization required.
