Accountabilities in this Role
The Advisor, Data Management and Governance will be part of the Digital Solutions - Products and Platforms organization and function as a Data Management and Governance Specialist responsible for advancing and maturing Data Governance capabilities across the enterprise. Primary focus will be on critical finance data processes/projects, such as transfer price annual refresh and lighthouse projects as well as use cases that align with business priorities. This role will act as a change agent and work directly with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Leads and SMEs to:
Drive implementation and adoption of the Data Governance Playbook
Work with Data Owners and Stewards to establish and progress towards defined targets for data management maturity and data quality index
Capture and maintain data ownership, prioritization, and criticality of data elements
Capture and maintain metadata
Create and govern current state and future state data flows, with identification of dependencies and integration points
Support quality & regulatory teams to drive data compliance

Anticipated salary range:$78,500 - $112,100
