Nemours is seeking a Director of Operational Finance, to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Orlando, Florida.Primary Functions: Supports and is responsible to Senior Director, Finance, CFL and serves as Operational Finance functional leader for all of Nemours Central Florida operations. Effectively leads cross functional team providing financial management, financial reporting, budget development, manpower requirements/staffing analysis, decision support. Facilitates communication of monthly financial close and results to Home Office. Assists with and provides supporting financial documentation and analysis for Nemours operations and growth initiatives, and conducts financial review
