Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a corporate associate with 3 – 6 years of financing transaction experience to join our Debt Financing practice.  Experience in several of the following areas is a plus: asset based lending, cash flow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalization, convertible debt financing, Term B loans, workouts, DIP financings, leveraged loans, and mezzanine loans.
