Job Description Summary: Provide financial leadership, management and oversight regarding all fiscal matters within the department of University Housing. This includes budgetary approvals, payments, reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and reconciliation. Management strengths are needed in communication, collaboration, contract negotiation, fiscal training and policy review.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Four years accounting experience.Experience in a housing, hotel management or health care facility.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication skill
