The Wealth Management Finance team is seeking an analytically minded, creative and energetic Associate to join the team. In this role you'll apply your analytical skill sets to drive the finance processes for the Wealth Management across various businesses and regions.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Prepare business unit financial statements along with analysis on revenues, expenses and margins across wealth businesses
Work on budgeting and forecasting process for all businesses in Wealth Management
Develop financial projections and scenario analyses for new and existing products and businesses
Provide business partners with insights on monthly business performance by reporting and analyzing historical P&L and balance sheet trends
Drive the financial narrative for Wealth Management businesses in internal and external disclosures
Enhance the efficiency of management financial reporting processes through automation efforts
Develop CCAR stress testing projection methodologies and results
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years experience in financial planning & analysis and reporting in the financial services industry
Bachelor or Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or quantitative areas such as like math, statistics, engineering, or related disciplines
Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
Experience working with large datasets and budgeting tools such as Essbase and Anaplan
Strong project management skills; self-driven; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact
Competitive spirit with the ability to lead, motivate and build relationships with internal stakeholders

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
