Job Description
Responsible for monthly financial/ management reports and analysis in a timely manner
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial resources. resources
Handle accounts payable function including the flow of all invoices and staff expenses claim transactions, bank reconciliations, month end/ year-end closing and general ledger entries
Being AP control gatekeepers to ensure payments are made in a timely and accurate manner & comply to company internal policies and procedures
Support System enhancement & Implementation projects to achieve best practice
Support internal and external audits
Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks and ad-hoc analysis if necessary
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree with major in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline
At least 8 years of working experience in finance, monthly reporting, cash flow management, accounts payable within asset management/ FI industry
Highly proficient in advanced excel skills in V-lookup, PIVOT table etc.
Strong knowledge in Knowledge of Oracle System is preferred
Experience in change or migration accounting system project is an advantage
Strong interpersonal, communications and analytical skills
Great team player with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
