Tenure Track Faculty Position - Finance Area, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business

The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business invites applicants for two positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor in our finance area. Candidates would be appointed at the rank that is appropriate given their experience and performance. The intended start date of this position is July 1, 2024. The positions will be based in Ithaca, NY.

The following materials are required:

• Letter of interest, with clear indication of position being applied for;
• Curriculum vitae;
• Up to three research papers;
• Three recommendation letters;
• Report of courses taught and evidence of teaching effectiveness (if any); and
• Any other supporting documents, such as curriculum development materials, and description of experience with, and/or planned approaches to, working with diverse communities in research, teaching, service and/or outreach.

The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined considering the following criteria:

• Prior relevant work or industry experience.

• Education level to the extent education is relevant to the position.

• Academic Discipline (faculty pay ranges reflects 9-month annual salary)

• Unique applicable skills.
