Director, Project Finance - Major Financial Institution
Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Project Finance, you will work closely with the team on lending transactions and financial advisory activities. As an experienced member of the team, you will guide a team of junior project finance specialists and lead advisory mandates and execution of lending transactions. You are well versed with project finance transactions, including financial modelling, credit analysis, due diligence process, deal-structuring, loan documentation negotiation, contract review, financial term sheets and are able to lead transactions from start to completion.
