Roles and Responsibilities
Be part of our Group Finance - Management Reporting, Planning and Analysis (MRPA) project team to implement and run a global integrated reporting platform to deliver business segment performance reports to our internal stakeholders
Participate in Finance projects, collaborating with teams across Finance, Business Units and Countries to improve the planning, budgeting, and reporting process
Develop and maintain configuration and parameters in our systems to produce business unit profitability information, including funds transfer pricing, cost allocation and risk capital attribution
Participate in the on-going enhancement and enrichment of our Finance Data Mart
Support Country Finance teams in ensuring that their management reports are produced on a timely manner
Qualifications Requirements
A good university degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Experience in Accounting, management reporting and planning functions preferably in banking or financial institutions environment
Experience in finance projects involving data marts, MIS/ERP systems, Planning and Reporting applications is an advantage
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse stakeholder group
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
