Key Responsibilities: As an Associate-level member of the FPP team, you will play a vital role in achieving our core objectives, including:
Assisting in the execution of key initiatives such as ICAAP and Recovery Planning, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Preparing presentation materials for NEHS Management Committee, NEHS Board Risk Committee, NEHS Board, and facilitating senior management sign-off.
Supporting the preparation of materials for regulatory engagement, e.g., PRA / BoE Continuous Assessment materials and C-SREP.
Assisting in reviewing and preparing ICAAP and Recovery Planning documents for submission to the PRA.
Conducting ad-hoc capital analyses and providing cross-team support as needed.
Coordinating and facilitating discussion meetings with cross-departmental subject matter experts.
Qualifications and Skills: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
Regulatory/financial services industry experience with a focus on prudential risk.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse large volumes of data from various sources and draw relevant conclusions.
Prior experience with ICAAP and RRP is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate deliverables and people under tight timelines.
Ability to operate effectively in a high-scrutiny environment and collaborate with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders.
Capability to work independently with minimal oversight and as part of a team.
A proactive and adaptable attitude.
