Hong Kong banking middle to back office accounting and settlement opening with international corporate banking, from assistant accounting offer to accounting manager level
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including HKMA reporting requirements Manage the preparation of management reports, providing insights into the bank's financial performance and identifying areas for improvement Oversee the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and the resolution of any discrepancies Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information Manage a team of financial reporting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CIMA) At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting, musts have banking background Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience managing a team of financial reporting professionals
