DATA ANALYTICS AND FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), to join CSAIL headquarters and partner with team members and internal and external customers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality business intelligence (BI) solutions that meet the current and future needs of CSAIL. Will implement, monitor, and support business intelligence solutions; and perform analysis and develop data solutions to help solve real problems and assist with the implementation of these solutions.
As a member of the fiscal team, will maintain a financial portfolio (80%) and use data to support CSAIL financial reporting (20%). A full description is available here.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; five years of relevant experience; and an understanding of and support for the team's long-term strategic objectives through data analysis. Must be able to conduct ongoing, planned, and ad-hoc analysis utilizing a variety of analytics reporting tools; write SQL of other querying code to extract, manipulate, and analyze data; ensure the quality and accuracy of data and analytics methods through testing, validation, and adhering to enterprise-wide data standards and best practices; develop and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, principal investigators, senior financial officers, financial officers, financial coordinators, and other team members; and participate in new technology evaluations and ensure the alignment of lab data and analytics practices with enterprise data processes and practices.
