PROGRAM COORDINATOR, MICROMASTERS IN FINANCE PROGRAM, Sloan School of Management, to coordinate and perform day-to-day operational activities for the MicroMasters Program in Finance. Will develop, implement, and monitor specific projects to meet program objectives; plan, organize, and prioritize activities and processes of the program to ensure successful and timely completion; coordinate the hiring of teaching assistants (TAs) for the program and monitor their performance; and manage program planning, budgeting, and communications with oversight from the executive director.
Job Requirements REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; excellent organizational, administrative, problem-solving, and communication skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize work appropriately, own and follow through on tasks, and meet multiple tight deadlines; attention to detail; flexibility and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing platform/environment; and ability to build strong working relationships with teammates, faculty, and staff. PREFERRED: advanced degree, advanced-level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., manipulate and summarize data, match datasets, etc.) and PowerPoint, experience with HTML, experience in an academic environment and with teaching, excellent grammar and proofreading skills, and an interest in higher education and educational technology.
