Director, Financial Markets Real Estate – Occupier Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Help companies through the site selection process, including market research, scoring locations/markets, aligning key stakeholders on guiding principles, and other key aspects. Develop strategies to solve technical challenges related to the occupier services team for real estate clients. Lead business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients. Lead the development of technology solutions specific to occupier services market and provide to clients. Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters related to real estate financial markets. Utilize experience and expertise in occupier corporate real estate to assist in the development of the REST team’s technical acumen in all areas of service offerings. Utilize knowledge of corporate real estate trends affecting occupiers of real estate. Identify and address client needs. Leverage architectural knowledge when determining the market value of properties and to ensure potential real estate holdings meet the business requirements of the client.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics and Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics and Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Analyzing corporate real estate portfolios and developing strategies that lower real estate spend, reduce occupied square footage, and consider corporate strategic objectives and strategies;
- Supporting and driving both real estate occupier client development and RFP/proposal creation, including leading proposal development and supporting as SME;
- Assisting with services pertaining to Environmental Sustainability and Governance services; and
- Assisting with and leading the development of technology solutions specific to occupier services market and provide to clients.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
