We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator Assistant to join our Team in Auckland Reporting to the Finance Administration Team Leader, this role will provide support to the Shared Services Department of Cushman & Wakefield New Zealand.
This role is "detail" focused and requires very strong data entry, administrative and communication skills.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Payroll data entry - timely and accurate entry of payroll hours in line with KPI's. Analyse and Identify relevant GAPS or missing data, resolve discrepancies.
Time Accounting entry - timely and accurate entry of time accounting onto work orders in line with KPI's.
Analyse and update timesheet data to ensure all labour is accounted for, both weekly and salaried employees.
Raising POs for OH expenses and processing their invoices in our system for payment.
Vendor statement reconciliation & follow up on missing invoices.
Managing Accounts payable & NZ payroll inbox.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Accurate and efficient data entry and mathematical skills.
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiar with ERP and business systems, such as JDE or similar.
Integrity and trustworthiness.
Self-discipline and good organisation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Cope in high volume, fast paced environment.
