Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an experienced individual to join their team in Glasgow as the Senior Client Finance Manager.The main purpose of this roll will be to provide oversight of client finance delivery on a prestigious client portfolio, as well as a number of local accounts, with scope to identify opportunities to increase revenue.

This role incorporates like for like responsibility for a diverse range of portfolios from large to small, and will also focus on governance and controls, ensuring account commercials are well understood with a strong focus on risk management and mitigation.
Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of financial management and accounting for client managed spend budgets, incorporating the needs of the client and their affiliates, whilst maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- To manage and develop existing client finance team, whilst supporting the wider client finance leadership platform and initiatives.
- To maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholder groups ensuring their needs are well understood and met across team deliverables.
- To ensure control of both Cushman and Wakefield's and the client's assets by implementing and enforcing both policies, with a strong focus on governance and controls, ensuring account commercials are well understood with solid risk mitigation controls in place.
A key aspect of the role will be lead and deliver improvements/change projects, for example to provide direction and ensure a smooth transition when taking over new accounts/locations.
We are looking for a well experienced individual with a strong background in not only accounting and finance, but team management and regular, positive stakeholder engagement.
