The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will report to the CFO and will be responsible for providing financial insights and projections to the organization.
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. This position is in Campbell & Company’s Chicago headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce monthly, annual and ad hoc financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Produce the annual budget and forecasts with input from Service Line and Functional
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Oversee and support Senior Accountant
Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create
Provide financial analysis, with emphasis on productivity, demand planning, and
Work with external accountants and provide needed information for the annual review/audit.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
Lead and deliver digital finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and
Perform other related duties as necessary or
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing financial report and
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational
Advance computer skills on Microsoft Office Suite and
Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels and influence others through verbal and written communications.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an
Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce preferred, with knowledge of other
