The Director of Finance is responsible for supervising the daily activities of the accounting staff and managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, as well as reviewing and streamlining the overall accounting processes. Primary duties and responsibilities: Responsible for daily cash management and investment accounts reconciliations. Review ACH and check payments weekly. Review and release payments processed to airports and partners from the association’s App Based Transportation program. Update and maintain fixed asset and prepaid expenses schedules. Maintain lease agreements and fee schedules. Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare and post monthly accruals.
