KEES has been exclusively retained by CAWC in its search for a Finance Director. CAWC Finance Director
CAWC seeks an executive finance professional to serve as its next Finance Director. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and will work closely with other members of the leadership team, as well as the Board’s finance committee. The Finance Director will oversee all of CAWC’s finance, accounting and business office operations and will manage CAWC’s Office Manager. The Finance Director will also work closely with external partners including auditors, vendors, and contractors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transaction processing, recording, and reporting, ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place and followed. The Finance Director will ensure that CAWC is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, and will ensure best finance and accounting practices are followed within the organization. The Director will prepare and administer budgets and reports and monitor cash flow including payables and receivables. In addition, the Finance Director will oversee the General Ledger and fund accounting and will coordinate annual audits and manage all tax matters including documentation and reporting. Additionally, the Director will oversee payroll administration and employee benefits.
