The Director of Finance & Operations is a critical member of the FIDS leadership team, responsible for all matters related to the daily operations of the school.  The position reports directly to the FIDS Head of School.  The DFO manages the school’s business, human resources, payroll, facilities functions, and works in conjunction with the Admissions, Development, and Curriculum teams.
