We are currently seeking a Billing Administrator to join our Team in Auckland Reporting to the Billing Manager, this role will provide support to the Shared Services Department of Cushman & Wakefield New Zealand.
This role is "detail" focused and requires very strong data entry, administrative and commination skills. You will be interacting with stakeholders across our business and with our valued customers. You must have great time management skills to ensure you meet all business deadlines and can self-manage. You will need to have a high customer focus, good working attitude and a positive and friendly personality.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- End to end billing of all client work orders.
- Process supplier Invoices in line business requirements.
- Ensure Client billing is accurate and error free and in-line with business requirements.
- Identifying and resolving inconsistencies and errors in revenue and costs.
- Updating and maintaining billing records.
- Manage Supplier and Client Work in progress to meet Business KPI's and targets.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Accurate and efficient data entry and mathematical skills.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiar with ERP and business systems, such as JDE or similar.
- Integrity and trustworthiness.
- Self-discipline and good organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Cope in high volume, fast paced environment.
