The HRIS & Finance Systems Analyst designs, develops, and implements the Oracle Cloud programming code for all Oracle Applications for the end users in the Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Financial Services departments, including monitoring systemsâ™ performance, data integrity, identifying systemsâ™ changes, making recommendations and conducting programming to implement and update software as needed. Work with the ITâ™s Oracle Programmer/Analysts to design, develop and implement customization and reporting for departments. Serves as primary liaison between HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Financial Services to Information Technology (IT).
Systems Analyst support for Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and Financial Services departmentsâ™ Oracle applications. Understand the functionality of the applications with a detailed understanding of these departments.
Support, implement and create extensions to the Oracle applications as requested by users and approved by the department; interface with end users to develop specifications and required functionality; implement and test the functionality and ensure it meets the needs
Support Oracle application end-user tools including installation, troubleshooting, permissions, access, org changes, etc.
Develop documentation of processes and procedures in support of end-user training
Provide web page updates and monitor data storage procedures
Utilize knowledge and expertise in support of compliance requirements, annual projects such as Benefits Open Enrollment, and ad hoc functional area projects.
Department support effort distribution is estimated as 40% Human Resources (including Benefits, core HR, recruitment, etc.), 20% Payroll, 10% Financial Services, 15% Information retrieval and report generation, 5% Web application implementation and management, 5% Document imaging and data warehousing, and 5% Training and end-user support.

Required:
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HRIS Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:3+ years of programming and/or analysis experience with a complex relational database with 2 years experience specifically with HR, payroll or accounts payable. Knowledge of the HR/payroll functions and knowledge of the Information Systems profession to understand the needs of both areas and function with a project team to make sure all needs are met.
Working knowledge of and experience with management of information and programming various software programs, in Oracle. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and data management skills. Report writing skills. Proven ability to work as a team player as well as independently. Proven ability to project manage, including establishing project plans, timelines, and status tracking. Demonstrated communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively understand the needs of other individuals and departments. Training, problem-solving and critical thinking skills are critical. Proven ability to analyze, research, recommend, design, develop and implement information vision and strategies. Must be highly motivated and proactive. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and detail-oriented. Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred experience: Experience with Oracle Cloud. Exposure to and general understanding of human resources management and payroll functions. Experience with Perceptive Content and internet, intranet and website design and updates. Awareness of information systems and HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable industry trends and regulations.
