Successful candidates are likely to have 15+ years investment banking (M&A) experience from within??elite boutiques/independent advisory houses, mid-market investment banks, big 4 Accountancy firms, specialist sector boutiques (and potentially the global universal investment banks) with strong M&A experience; a plus if coupled with sector knowledge across the healthcare, cleantech and/or technology sectors the requisite drive, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial flair to help drive the expansion of this young (7yrs+)??firm, with a very strong collegiate culture a demonstrable track record in being able to originate and develop credible relationships with prospective clients??
