About our client We are partnering with a market leading Private Equity fund on an exciting opportunity to join their Fund Operations function, based in London. In this brand new role you will work across the finance department, regularly liaising with SPV's and administrators across jurisdictions as well as working on technology improvement, FP&A and general fund operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-tier Private Equity fund in a hollistic role with great progression opportunities. What the job involves
Oversee and manage certain fund service providers to ensure performance and fees are in line with agreed service levels
Key point of contact between external stakeholders of administrators, portfolio company and other advisors to ensure alignment on managing the EMEA SPV structures
Continually look for ways to build upon the role and alleviate the pressure on the deal teams where Finance can add value
Collate quarterly Finance KPI's across a breadth of activity for management reporting
Assist with projects and ad hoc requests as needed, including; automation of processes, new system implementation
Approve budgets at close and review periodically by exception to ensure adequate control
Who we are looking for
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
Confident in dealing with people across all levels of the firm
Engaging personality who build relationships easily
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Experience working within a financial services environment or comparable corporate environment
S4-Hana, PowerBI, and/or SAP BPC experience helpful
Professional demeanour, driven to succeed and willing to take ownership
