Collaborate with internal and external taskforce to build and deliver a best-in-class digital enterprise architecture solution for the bank, including overseeing, improving and upgrading enterprise services, software and hardware.
Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices in banking/digital financial industry and proactively explore opportunity with stakeholders to transform current processes with efficiency and cost improvement. Stay ahead of digital banking latest trend and market benchmarking / web analytics industry trend and developments
Design, build and implement intelligence workflow to leverage RPA and API
Manage relevant digital transformation programmes / projects in areas such as end to end workflow design/revamp, innovation, customer journey design, systems enhancement, and process re-engineering
Effectively work with project stakeholders / partners in lines of business and functions to formulate business strategy, translate the strategy into initiatives, and implement the initiatives for quality deliverables.
Assist superior to plan and coordinate department administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Ensure department operations adhere to policies and regulations
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Manage schedules and deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years ' relevant experience in project management/product development/digital marketing/digital transformation, preferably in banking industry/Fintech Company.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate, and negotiate effectively at all levels of management. Knowledge in design led thinking, lean and agile approach will be an asset.
University graduate in Information Technology or related fields preferred; Business related degree may also be considered if applicant possesses solid IT industry project experiences
Solid business knowledge and user experience in banking industry highly preferred.
Solid knowledge and project experience of innovation projects, preferably in digital transformation or digital marketing. Previous experience as a project leader in medium-to-large scale and/or Fintech projects will be an advantages
