Job Purpose:

To perform Business Analysis Role in the process of Finance Operating/Reporting Ledger Implementation Globally as part of DevOps support team. Selected candidate should be able to understand the Finance Operating/Reporting Ledger functionalities. Analyze complex business processes and determine an IT solution. Also, take ownership of data analysis and support, work with various stakeholders and support teams.

Job Description:

• 
  DevOps for Financial Fullsuite application - to be able to perform both IT Development and Operation roles at the same time.
  
• 
  Being strong expert in technology, financial data, system (end to end), operation processes of Fullsuite application and on time solution provider, responsible for identifying problems in the system and provide solutions by working with various partners (upstream/downstream systems, Operation, Finance, Business and Technology teams) and implement solutions.
  
• 
  Responsible for Consent Order deliveries and DCRM (Data Concern Remediation Management) solutions & its implementation
  
• 
  Being strong in Ab-initio, Oracle and UNIX technologies, should be able to debug by going through Ab-initio graphs and be able to perform various complex SQL queries to identify root causes.
  
• 
  Responsible for leading team which will have similar expertise.
  

Requirement:

• 
  Strong in Fullsuite application and its functionalities. Have minimum 5 years' experience in this application.
  
• 
  Strong in Financial and management reporting related applications. Have minimum 5 years' experience in this area.
  
• 
  Strong in Ab-initio, Oracle (SQL & PLSQL) and UNIX technologies. Have minimum 7 years' experience in these technologies.
  
• 
  Should have 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and stakeholders engagement/coordination for solutions and implementations.
  
• 
  Have relevant experience in leading team
  
• 
  Overall IT experience should be 10 years or more.
  

Education:

Engineering degree in Comp science, IT, or other engineering disciplines from a reputed institute with relevant work experience.

Competencies:

Ability to understand Finance domain concepts

Ability to mentor and motivate team members
