The Payroll and Finance Associate is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. This position’s primary duties are relating to the payroll function but will also work closely with the CFO/COO on financial analysis. Duties and Responsibilities: Process semi-monthly payrolls, including transmission and reconciliation, for approximately 500 exempt and non-exempt employees. Track, analyze, prepare and input payroll data. Process all payroll related items including, but not limited to, garnishments, third party sick and 403(b) contributions. Prepare reports through payroll provider, currently Paycom. Prepare annual payroll calendar indicating deadlines for submissions for payroll process
