Mission:
The Vice President of Finance optimizes the financial performance and technological edge of the company through the implementation of finance best practices, best-in-class financial reporting, innovative technological development and usage, and keen business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the vision and leadership of the Finance and Technology teams for A-C Electric Company.
Own the financial strategy along with its supporting systems and processes for A-C Electric Company, ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, and scalability.
Owns the technology strategy of the company, allowing the company to maintain consistent, predictable technological platforms and driving technological innovation and effectiveness.
Partner with Construction Operations to understand drivers of performance through better practices, a deep understanding of “the numbers” and collaboration/coaching of those teams.

Requirements and Skills:
Leadership and Motivational ability
Accounting or Finance Degree with advanced accounting experience and expertise, MBA preferred
Experience Required:
Progressive financial leadership roles
Technical accounting experience, forecasting, FP&A a must
Technological effectiveness: comfortable in ERP’s, in programs such as Monday, MS365, Virtual meeting platforms, etc.
Previous Controllership helpful, but not required
Previous experience leading IT team helpful, but not required
