The Director of Human Resources is a key member of the Questrom School of Businesss Finance & Administration Team. Working closely with Central HR and other central BU offices, the Director is responsible for managing all staff related human resource activities, including recruiting (with an emphasis on attracting a diverse applicant pool for all position vacancies), on-boarding, and implementing/promoting professional development programs and activities.
