Assist the Director of Finance by providing management to Business Office functions ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner, payroll support, grants fiscal management and compliance, management of the purchasing card audit process, employee travel compliance as well as employee tuition reimbursement.   Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in operational processes/designs and implements those initiatives for all areas of responsibilities.
