Scheduled Hours37.5Position SummaryThe Associate Dean for Finance and Operations is the chief financial officer for the Sam Fox School including the Kemper Art Museum. The Associate Dean will lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis in support of the schoolâ™s strategic priorities. This includes oversight of the schoolâ™s business operations as well as facilities planning and management. Key areas of focus include budget development, accounting and HR business operations, capital projects planning, and compensation planning and analysis. The Associate Dean is a key member of the leadership team for the Sam Fox School and works closely with the Dean to develop and implement strategic operational initiatives.
