Position SummaryReporting to the Associate Provost for Inclusive Pathways, the Associate Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for the overall financial and operational management of the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement (OVPFA).The Associate Director will develop and administer OVPFA???s overall operating budget; oversee transactional aspects of OVPFA???s finances, including accounting and reconciliation, and lead contract negotiations with vendors for OVPFA.The Associate Director will serve as a critical member of the OVPFA team, which aims to promote a climate of inclusive excellence at Columbia University.
