Finance Director, Provider Compensation - USC Care MSO Finance - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union)
This position will work with senior management, the Finance staff, and other key leaders to ensure that the Hospital, Clinics, and associated entities are operating effectively, with sound financial analysis, and appropriate financial and operating controls in place. Accountable for overseeing and managing the USC Care provider compensation administration function, including development and administration of compensation plans, performance of compensation and productivity analytics, and preparation of budgets and variance reporting.
