Administrative and Finance Support Specialist
Vacancy ID: P015871Position Summary/Description: The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Finance, and for the operations of the Financial Affairs Office. The position acts as the School Access Request Coordinator and Time Trex Administrator, communicates public announcements on behalf of the Financial Affairs Office regarding State, University and School financial policies and procedures to various internal and external audiences, manages team schedules and meeting arrangements, sending meeting notes/follow-ups, oversees office budget and expenditures, assists with accounting function, serves as backup financial and HR approver, and provides guidance and support for various projects
