Finance Manager
Job Summary: The Finance Manager is responsible for managing and performing general finance and accounting functions. Will implement, and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and policies and provide recommendations for revisions to such procedures and policies. This position ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data and supports the CFO in interacting with government, client, and CPA auditors to provide required information and ensure accuracy in the maintenance and reporting of financial information. Will also work with CFO and General Counsel to ensure accurate and timely reporting of regulatory filings with the SEC. Duties/Responsibilities: Prepares corporate financial statements in a timely fashion.
