Reporting to the System Chief Nurse Executive, the Vice President is accountable for leading multiple nursing support departments within the functional area of Nursing, Finance and Business Operations. Responsibilities include develop infrastructure, tools, systems, policies, procedures and appropriate programs to support nursing operations with the goal of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of patient and family care across the continuum. Create and support the implementation of new programs, workflows and/or processes while ensuring cultural fit, strategy and participation. These programs, workflows and or/processes serve as drivers of organizational nursing goals for patient safety, quality, financial and staff.  Responsible for ensuring Nursing, Finance and Business operatio
