5 or more years of demonstrated financial and operational experience; bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field (master's degree preferred).
Strong financial knowledge, detail oriented and the ability to work independently.
Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion, creatively solve problems, generate new and improved financial processes, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Expert user of Excel, including spreadsheet modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Advanced knowledge of budget management, financial analysis, and financial modeling; working knowledge of accounting principles.
Understanding of Harvard University/Non-Profit Organization financial processes, chart of accounts, and supporting tools valuable and interest in international economic development and developing countries.
