The CFO reporting to the CEO, has financial accountability for the Company, whose current plans are to increase revenues from $40mil today to $100mil and will be expected to lead the company’s efforts in developing and executing agreed upon financial strategies. The CFO is responsible for the accounting, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
The CFO will be responsible for translating business priorities into operational execution allowing the company to achieve its customer, strategy, finance and infrastructure/capability goals. He/she will also oversee the Company’s HR, Recruiting and Business Intelligence departments.
Certified Public Accountant with public company accounting expertise, thorough understanding of large and small manufacturing company best practices, and prior experience at the CFO level. Over 10 years progressive financial and accounting experience; preferably in a Controller like position within a manufacturing organization with a large national customer base Extensive and proven cost accounting experience Multi state taxation and related business issues. Strong financial analysis, pricing and margin analysis. Experience managing year-end audit processes, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll Experience working with solutions. *Leadership style reflecting an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growth. *Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound business judgments . *Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
