As a key member of the administration of the Questrom School of Business, the Director of Operations and Space Planning will represent Questroms interest in school-related operations. Job responsibilities include managing day-to-day facility related actions, overseeing all space renovations and improvement projects, maintaining space inventory and data, performing analyses on school facilities usage, managing office space utilization, prioritizing non-academic usage of spaces, and leading school sustainability efforts. Additionally, working closely with the Office of the Provost and Campus Planning and Operation (CPO), this position will serve as the Questrom School of Business contact for all construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects. This role will also serve as the liaison for Questrom with BU Emergency Management and Environmental Health and Safety.

BA/BS required, Masters Degree preferred. 3 - 5 years relevant experience required, particularly in facilities, construction and planning, or project management in an academic environment. Experience working with facilities professionals required. Budget management, analysis and forecasting experience preferred. Higher education experience preferred.
